The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is the state agency responsible for operation and maintenance of commercial aviation, maritime, and certain bridge facilities in and around the Port of Boston. The engineering unit of its engineering division manages procurement and implementation of Massport design and construction contracts and monitoring of approved projects from proposal to completion, including providing as-bid plans, approving changes, and maintaining as-built plans. Series consists of as-bid plans and conformed drawings showing approved changes.
